IFMA's Facility Management Professional (FMP) designation is a knowledge-based credential that will help to accelerate an FM's transition in the profession and demonstrate a proven comprehension of the foundations of facility management. Four courses focusing on the four main core topics in facility management:

  4. Contracts in the Facility Organization


To earn the FMP, you must pass the online FMP final assessment found at the end of each course. After passing all four final assessments, simply submit your FMP application and fee to IFMA for validation.
