The Sustainability Committee was formed to support Denver members who want build upon their knowledge on subjects as they relate to energy-efficient practices and to share and promote sustainability and its impact on the built environment.
The Committee goals are to:
Promote the Sustainable Facilities Manager (SFP) along with other IFMA and industry credentials.
Provide informational resources by electronic means, from practical guidelines to cutting edge technologies.
Provide knowledge opportunities between industry experts and members who want to understand initiatives being implemented.
By providing these resources, the Sustainability Committee will be a clearinghouse to members that have questions about most things sustainable.
