Byron is the Facility Manager Professional (FMP) for Western Area Power Administration, a division of U.S. Department of Energy. He manages facilities operations in a Corporate Service Office in Lakewood and the Electric Power Training Center in Golden. He also serves as a Contract Officer Representative. Byron has been a member of IFMA since 2005. Since becoming a member of IFMA, Byron has served as the Education Committee Chair from 2006 to 2010 and the Vice President for 2011 to 2012. Byron vision as the Chapter President will to improve the strategic initiatives of operational excellence and succession planning.

Carolyn Visalli is a Facilities Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle.  She has 8 years Facilities and Project Management experience in the public and private sectors.  She joined IFMA in 2004 and held the positions of President of the IFMA Student Chapter at CSU-Pueblo, and in the Denver Chapter as Treasurer, Secretary, and most recently AFEC Conference Chair.  Carolyn graduated with a degree in Facilities Management from CSU-Pueblo and a Masters in Project Management from ColoradoTechnical University.  She believes that her continuous active involvement in IFMA is what has allowed her career to be successful.

Brent joined Visa in January 2010 as the Denver location Director of Facilities and Real Estate.  His primary responsibilities are facility operations (maintenance, custodial, landscaping, cafeteria, and mail/copy center services), budget management, project management, and space planning.  Brent has been a Facilities leader for over twenty years with a successful history in customer satisfaction, employee involvement and bottom-line results.  As Director of Facilities and Real Estate in Tucson his organization was recognized in “Reliable Plant Magazine” as the feature article for maintenance excellence.  Brent joined IFMA in Sept, 2001 and achieved his Certified Facilities Manager CFM designation in May, 2005.  He was involved in the chartering of the Southern Arizona Chapter of IFMA and served as Vice President and President until he relocated to Denver in 2007.

Darin Rose brings over 20 years of experience in management and facilities with non-profit, construction and retail banking organizations.  Darin Rose’s involvement with IFMA began in 1994 when living in Los Angeles and carried over when he moved to Denver in 2000.  He came short of his goal to pass his CFM in 1998 but the experience allowed him to benchmark areas to improve, gaining additional industry experiences, and in 2008 achieved his Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) designation and completed his SFP certification.  In 2011 and 2012 Darin served as the Denver Chapter’s Education Committee Chair. 

In 2013 Darin was elected to the position of Secretary.  Darin also recently obtained his Green Globe Professional Credential.

John McDonough is with the Crankset Group and leads business owners through their 3to5 Clubs. These groups provide the tools and support to help business owners build a mature business in 3 to 5 years. Started locally by author and business coach, Chuck Blakeman, this movement has spread to China, Ireland and now Kenya. Getting off the treadmill, rediscovering the passion and transforming their business to one that gives time and significance, not just money are some of the outcomes of the 3to5 Club. John has been a member of IFMA since 2002. John achieved his FMP in 2009, while he served as Co-Chair of the Education Committee, served as Vice President from 2009 through 2010, and is the Chapter’s official Photographer.

Dean has over 25 years of professional experience in the areas of Facilities Management, Corporate Services, Information Systems, and Telecommunications. He has accumulated a unique blend of skills including organizational effectiveness, financial management, process management, quality improvement, project management, information systems planning, and operations. He has served on the Chapter's Technology Committee, led the Chapter Web Site redesign efforts, and held the offices of Treasurer from 2002 through 2004, and Vice-President through 2005 and President through 2006. He received the chapter's "Distinguished Member" in 2005. Dean also serves as a regional liaison for the IFMA Foundation.

Suzan is a Senior Account Manager at Jordy Carter Furnishings and has over 10 years of industry experience. Suzan helps her customers find furniture solutions and manage new and reconfigured installations to meet the needs of the ever changing work space. Since joining IFMA in 2007, Suzan has been PR Chair, Newsletter Editor and a committee member of both the connections and membership committees.

Sue Russell has over 15 years experience in business development for the HVAC industry.  She became an active member of IFMA in 2007 and served on the golf committee for several years.  In 2013 she became the chairperson for the Chapter Advancement Committee, where she focuses on finding corporate sponsorships in order to help fund scholarships and educational events that advance skills and careers for the Denver Chapter of IFMA mambers.
