February 2010 Monthly Meeting FM Technology Trends

Luncheon with guest speakers, Kurt Von Koch and James Sziksai of FM Systems will speak about FM Technology Trends in our changing economic times.

Come join us for the important topic of 6 Trends in FM Technology and why they matter. Meet our dynamic speakers, Kurt von Koch, Vice President of Sales and James Sziksai, Regional Manager of FM Systems.

This presentation by FM Systems will discuss issues regarding the state of FM technology in changing economic times. Some topics that will be discussed include:

- Web Browser based applications
- Hosted Software
- Integration of FM data
- Self service Corporate Systems
- BIM-Building Information Modeling
- Focus on Business results

These and other topics will be discussed along with questions proposed for thought to ensure that facilities are prepared for FM technology challenges in these changing economic times.

Kurt von Koch, Vice President of Sales

As VP of Sales, Kurt is responsible for the development, implementation and management of FM: Systems’ direct and channel sales programs. His primary role is to drive revenue growth by providing guidance and support to the FM:Systems sales force and partner channel. Additionally, Kurt works with other members of the executive team to establish strategic direction and plans for continued growth across domestic and international markets.

Kurt has more than ten years of experience in sales and business development in the CAFM, ERP, CAD and GIS industries. Prior to FM:Systems, Kurt was the Director of Sales for Business Technology Solutions and held leadership roles at two Autodesk value-added resellers.

Kurt has a BA in history and BA in political science from the University of Delaware.

James Sziksai, Regional Manager
As a Regional Sales Manager, James’s primary role is to drive revenue growth by providing a value based sales approach with FM:Systems customers. Additionally, James manages Certified Business Partners in a collaborative approach to establish best in class support for both customers of FM:Systems, James was a top producer of SAS, Red Hat and IBM.

James has a BA in Business Management from North Carolina State University.
