Judy is a Certified Facility Manager for Trammell Crow Company, working facilities for the McKesson account.  Judy has 15 years of facility management experience, in small and large campus type facilities and has been a member of IFMA in the mid 90's and returned as an active member for the last two years.  Judy has responsibility for 9 sites in Colorado and Nebraska , (offices, a 24/7 call center and warehouses).  Her primary responsibilities are facility management, budgets, construction, space planning, process management, project management, and cost savings initiatives.

John McDonough is with Facility Engineering Associates, a national consulting firm that focuses on assisting facility managers, owners and managers deal with issues faced in existing buildings. FEA consults on structural concerns as well as the people side of the facility and John’s responsibilities include client relations as well as communications. In his two years with FEA John has been involved with campus and city wide facility condition assessments as well as facade and curtainwall evaluations for a variety of facility types. In 2009 John achieved his FMP and also serves as co-chair of education and is our chapter photographer.

Steve Clay, CFM is the Director of Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Services for Visa Inc. located at the regional Denver office.  He has been in this role for the past 2.5 years and has responsibilities for Site Management, M&E Functions, Café Services, Mailroom & Copy Services, Space Management & Facilities Contract Management.  Over the past 12 years Steve has worked for Staubach Management Services, Oracle & Fluke and has held positions as Facilities Manager, Project Manger, Facilities Planner and Facilities Engineer.  Steve currently holds his CFM, Certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington, BS - Industrial Science and Technologies / Facilities Management from CSU-Pueblo and is currently working on his Master of Corporate Real Estate through CoreNet.  His involvement began as President of the student Chapter at USC in 1993 and has been a member of IFMA since 1992.

Carolyn is a Facilities Manager for Xcel Energy's Facility Services Division.  She  joined IFMA in 2004 and held the position of President of the IFMA Student Chapter at CSU-Pueblo for 2 years working closely with the IFMA Pikes Peak Chapter before graduating and moving to Denver, where she joined the IFMA Denver Programming Committee. She has also served as chapter Treasurer and is currently Secretary.  Carolyn graduated with a degree in Facilities Management from CSU-Pueblo December 2005 and plans to earn her Masters in Project Management from Colorado Technical University August of 2007.  She earned her Facility Management Professional designation August of 2005.

Rick is co-owner and Vice President of Sales and Marketing of The Floor Care Company, the leading specialty floor care maintenance company on the Colorado Front Range. In this role, Rick counsels companies on their carpet maintenance, stone care, ceramic tile restoration, and other floor maintenance and installation issues. Recently Rick successfully implemented the addition of SaniGLAZE Ceramic Tile and Grout Restoration to the company’s product and service offering. With 23 years of experience at carpet manufacturers, franchisers, and his own business, Rick brings a depth of accumulated skills and knowledge to his clients. Rick joined IFMA in 1992 and previously served on the Membership Committee.

Dean has over 25 years of professional experience in the areas of Facilities Management, Corporate Services, Information Systems, and Telecommunications, Dean has accumulated a unique blend of skills including organizational effectiveness, financial management, process management, quality improvement, project management, information systems planning, and operations. He has served on the Chapter's Technology Committee, led the Chapter Web Site redesign efforts, and held the offices of Treasurer from 2002 through 2004, and Vice-President through 2005.

Gloria is the Manager of Site Operations for the Pfizer Denver Sales office and has over 17 years of facility and operational management experience. She manages all site operations and facilities for the Pfizer Rocky Mountain Regional Sales Office, inclusive of 15 states. Her primary responsibilities are facility and operations management, budgets, construction, space planning and moves, technical support and maintenance, process management, project management, and managing corporate cost savings programs. She joined IFMA in 2005 and joined the IFMA Denver Program Committee. Gloria holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Business Administration. She earned her CFM Certified Facility Manager designation in January 2007.

Byron is the Asst. Facility Manager for Western Area Power Administration, a division of U.S. Department of Energy. He manages facilities operations in 115,000 sq ft Corporate Service Office. Byron has been with U.S. Department of Energy and a member of IFMA since early 2005. Prior to his employment with DOE, Byron was enlisted in the U.S. Army for over twenty years and retired 2004. While in the Army spent his last four years as an operations manager, training development manager, and his organization's facility management coordinator in a seven tenant building located on the Denver Federal Center campus.
