The Programs Committee develops, coordinates and implements the monthly programs for the Chapter. Starting in the summer, the program topics are solicited from Chapter members and the Executive Board. The Committee then assembles a schedule of topics for approval by the Board. Once approved, the Committee contacts speakers, panelists and tour locations to finalized the schedule. Through-out the program year the Committee works closely with the Hospitality Committee to schedule locations, audio-visual needs and catering for each monthly event.

The development of the programs calendar is the most labor intensive portion of the year for this Committee. It is also the most fun!  Working with the input from the Chapter and the Board, program ideas are developed into one of the most visible products that the Chapter provides to its members.

The Program Committee chairperson is a member of the Board of Directors and has a voting position on the Board.
