Sustainability Facility Professional® (SFP)
Meet the Challenges of Sustainable Facility Management For all FM's and like-minded professionals with an interest in advancing the practice of sustainability throughout the building life cycle. IFMA,s Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) is designed for all professionals with the interest in sustainable practices. SFP candidates will need a foundational knowledge of facility management to successfully complete the program. The program focus areas collectively provide a complete picture of how SFP's can improve the sustainability of their facilities in all eight major categories of sustainable facility management as defined by IFMA. To earn the SFP, you must pass the online SFP final assessment found at the end of each focus area, with a score of 75% of higher. After passing all three assessments, simply submit your SFP applications and fee to IFMA for validation. SFP (Sustainability Facility Professional) training just ended in the fall of 2018. The next class will be offered again in the fall of 2019 online. |
