Facilities Manager -  City of Englewood, Colorado

Home to over 33,000 residents and located in the Denver Metro Area, the City of Englewood is looking for an innovative and strategic pleader to be its next Facilities Manager. Reporting directly to the Deputy City Manager, the position oversees all aspects of facilities management, including security, capital projects, maintenance, and custodial services. The Facilities Manager will oversee the management of over ten facilities, including the Englewood Civic Center, Police Department, two recreation centers, a golf course, a water plant, and a water park. The position oversees three direct reports, including the City Architect (who oeversees capital projects), Custodial Services Supervisor, and Building Mantenance Supervisor, and a total staff of 14 dedicated professionals.

The City is looking for a Facilities Manager with experience in sustainability concepts, property management, workoder and ticketing systems, managing people, and long-range planning. Sallary of $96,982-$145,473, commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a Health Savings Account, retirement plan contributions, and 128 hours of Personnal Time Off and 80 hours of sick time each year.
