Limited to 20 members. Join us for an afternoon of advocacy, recognition, and networking in celebration of World FM Day. We meet up at 3 PM, then meet in the Denver City Council (1437 Bannock St, Room 451) for the reading of the World FM Day Proclamation at 3:30. Please plan to arrive early for parking and security screening, and meet outside beforehand for a group photo.
Parking is available nearby, including 13th & Bannock. Following the proclamation, we’ll continue the celebration with a happy hour at Pints Pub (221 W. 13th Ave, Denver) starting around 4:00 PM.

Jefferson County Open Space is improving the West Trailhead, and adjacent roadside parking might still be closed. Parking will remain open at the East Trailhead and during non-school hours at Wilmot Elementary School. Limited roadside parking will be available adjacent to the East Trailhead.

Deer Creek Canyon Park has several trails that hikers and equestrians can have to themselves, including Meadowlark, Homesteader, and Golden Eagle Trails. On multi-use trails, mountain bikers enjoy the challenge of “The Wall,” a steep section of rocky terrain on Plymouth Creek Trail, and pedal the 2.5-mile Red Mesa Loop. All park visitors should be aware of the risk of rattlesnake encounters.

We’ll go inside the airport train maintenance facility (yes, including the tunnels), see how the baggage system really works, and explore areas of DEN that most travelers never get to witness. This is a unique opportunity to learn how one of the world's busiest airports keeps millions of passengers moving each year. We’ll wrap up with an on-site happy hour to network!
