About Our Job
CHANDA CENTER FOR HEALTH
LAKEWOOD, CO
$75,000 ‒ $85,000 Annually
About the Chanda Center for Health
The Chanda Center for Health (CCFH/the Center) is a non-profit organization in Lakewood, Colorado, with a mission to improve the health and wellness of people living with long-term disabilities and reduce their associated healthcare costs. We believe that individuals with long-term physical disabilities have the right to create their own healthcare path, live independently, and be active members of the community.
Position Summary
The Facility Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the Chanda Center for Health operates as a safe, clean, functional, and welcoming environment for staff, providers, and participants. This position oversees facility and equipment maintenance, vendor and contract relationships, regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and the infrastructure that supports the Center’s administrative operations.
Success in this role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving, a system-oriented mindset, and sensitivity to the unique operational needs of an integrative healthcare environment serving individuals with physical disabilities and chronic conditions.
In addition to maintaining the existing clinic, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development of a new adaptive gym – an inclusive fitness space designed to empower and support our participants. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to build something meaningful from the ground up and who sees this as a chance to shape the future of accessible wellness.
