Purpose
A dashboard helps chapters/associations clearly measure performance, align goals, and make better decisions. By tracking key metrics—such as membership growth, revenue, retention, and satisfaction—leaders can quickly see what’s working, where support is needed, and how chapters contribute to overall success. It turns data into easy-to-understand insights that guide action. “What gets measured, gets managed.” A dashboard creates accountability, encourages strategic alignment between the national and chapters, and supports more productive, data-driven conversations. In short, dashboards provide visibility into organizational health and help drive continuous improvement.
